DIABETIC SHOES PRIVACY POLICY
Thank you so much for choosing Neurogenx Nerve Center of Houston to meet your needs. We strive to make sure that each of our patients are satisfied with the care they receive inside our facility. Unfortunately, that isn't always the case. Your diabetic shoes have a forty-day policy for the time they are received to be exchanged for a different pair of shoes. We understand the frustrations of just wanting the perfect pair of shoes. Please call our office if you have any questions on exchanges. We look forward to working with you and thank you for being a loyal patient of Neurogenx Nerve Center of Houston.
CUSTOM ORTHOTICS:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your orthotics within 6 months of receiving them, we offer Free Adjustments to make sure they fit just right. But don't worry, if you're still not happy after the adjustments, we provide you with a one-year credit. Feel free to return your orthotics at any time during the process for your credit.
